  Lets start off with WILMINGTON PT's are incredibly more friendly, have better prepared food, a bigger layout, and *surprise* the service kicks the crap out of the Goldsboro franchise... There is little changes at the Goldsboro Franchise that make it subpar from the other PT's such as the crushable ice compared to the regular, the seasoning of the fries, and I think there is something weird about their "ranch" (PUKKKKKE). I would think it is very distracting to cook/run a business when the young "manager" and most of his cooks/waitresses are ALL on their phones ignoring the basic customer service needs of a restaurant business. Tried ordering a cold draught beer and low and behold the taps weren't working!!!!! Burger with NO BEER?!?! I then ordered a soda thinking this cant be a problem but it took over 15 minutes to get a refill after asking 3 time and I even politely removed the lid thinking he'd eventually take a hint.......NOPE. Definitely over priced for the food and service I received! Its the little things you have to practice in the restaurant business, this franchise is stuck in the stone age for the basics. IF YOU CAN WAIT and get down to the original Wilmington restaurant then DO IT because it is truly a great place to eat!!! Luckly I only commute to Goldsboro and live close enough to the original to get my fix :)
